Hello! I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) who helps my clients achieve a healthy weight and gain control over their GI distress. I’m also a board-certified health coach and trained yoga teacher. So, it’s no surprise I take a holistic approach to wellness. You are the sum of all your parts, and I like to peel back the layers to understand not only your health goals, but also your family and cultural history, food preferences, lifestyle, and challenges.
