Heirloom Tomato and Basil Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 heirloom tomatoes sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar high-quality, aged
  • salt coarse
  • pepper fresh ground
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves ripped
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Slice tomatoes and layer in shallow bowl.
  • Toss with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Top with ripped basil an squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until served.
