Heirloom Tomato and Basil Salad
- 3-4 heirloom tomatoes sliced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar high-quality, aged
- salt coarse
- pepper fresh ground
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves ripped
- 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
- Slice tomatoes and layer in shallow bowl.
- Toss with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Top with ripped basil an squeeze of lemon juice.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until served.
