Matcha Latte

A quick and easy pick-me-up matcha latte recipe, that also includes protein!

Servings 1 latte

Equipment

  • Frother

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Organic matcha powder
  • 1 cup hot water, just below boiling
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen powder
  • Liquid stevia

Instructions
 

  • Blend ½-1 tsp ceremonial grade, organic matcha powder with 1 cup hot water (just below boiling).
  • Add 2/3 cup warmed or steamed unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • Add 1 scoop unflavored collagen powder.
  • Blend with frother.
  • Sweeten with liquid stevia drops to taste.
