In these fun, interactive classes, employees learn skills to improve the way they look and feel with tools they can use immediately to make lifestyle change the stick!  Popular topics include Putting Together the Puzzle Pieces of Wellness, Mindful Eating 101, Meal Planning Made Simple, The Light & Dark of Enjoying Chocolate Without Guilt
Classes can be customized to meet your needs.

Body Composition Screenings

Look beyond weight and see what you are really made of!
In less than 60 seconds learn how much muscle, fat and water you are made of as well as your actual daily calorie requirements (BMR) and be able to track it as you make lifestyle changes.  Includes test, report interpretation and nutrition & lifestyle recommendations to lose fat and gain muscle.

Employee 1 on 1 Wellness Coaching

Angela makes herself available on-site for private coaching sessions for employees.  Corporate clients schedule a block of time and provide a private space for clients to ask questions on a drop in basis or they can sign up for designated, timed coaching sessions anywhere from 15-30 minutes.

Many companies offer on-site dining and snack options for their employees.  Angela is available to help develop menu items and provide recipes to meet growing requests of employees like more gluten free, diary free, keto, paleo, vegetarian, and vegan options.

Lunch 'n Learn | Group Class Descriptions

MINDFUL EATING IN TODAY’S CRAZY BUSY WORLD
In this fun, interactive class taught by nutrition and wellness professional Angela Stanford, employees learn how to build awareness around their eating habits amongst distractions of a modern day world.  They will learn skills to improve the way they look and feel with tools they can use immediately to make lifestyle changes that stick!
 
Outline:
-What it means to eat mindfully
-How much you should be eating  - using Angela’s “eating plate model”  w/portion size estimation - macronutrients
-How to add color to your meals – variety and micronutrients
-When you should be eating

-Why to journal to note patterns in your eating so you can address hunger/cravings, energy emotions surround your choices

In this fun, interactive class taught by nutrition and wellness professional Angela Stanford, employees learn skills that will help build awareness around eating and other lifestyle habits and give employees tools to start looking at areas they might want to change to experience looking and feeling better with less pains and more energy!

-Intro the concept of wellness in 5 topics – nutrition, movement you enjoy (exercise), sleep,  stress management, mindfulness
-Nutrition –  what types of foods are best choices, how much to eat using a visual of a plate and different parts of your hand for portion sizing, how to include a rainbow of color (includes handout/worksheet)
