How do I know if we are a good fit? How much do you charge?

Do you provide a meal plan and recipes?

Yes! All one-on-one clients receive a customized meal plan with recipe resources to meet their unique needs.

Do you take insurance? If so, what companies?

No.  I accept all major credit cards, checks and you can also pay with HSA (health savings account) or FSA funds for all services.

Do you offer discounts for spouses, partners, siblings?

Yes! Oftentimes friends and family want to work together. I offer them a 10% discount.

I’ve never worked with a nutritionist or dietitian. What can I expect?

We will start with an assessment drawing from your medical history, food logs, medications, and supplements. We will then create a nutrition and wellness plan based on your health goals and dietary preferences. As you work on the plan, I’ll be alongside you providing education, guidance, and coaching to help you achieve your goals.

How do I purchase a gift certificate for a friend or family member?

Email clientcare@vitlandwell.com and provide your name and phone number. We will reach out to you to help you purchase the gift certificate. We will send you a code to provide the recipient so they can schedule a service online . We can also mail you a paper gift certificate with the code on it if you would like to present the gift yourself.
